Delivery
After confirmation of order, YATAKA EIRL Manuel Pelleing EIRL undertakes to deliver to La Poste all the references ordered by the buyer, and this, within a maximum period of 5 to 10 working days.
La Poste undertakes to deliver to the address of the buyer provided by YATAKA EIRL Manuel Pelleing EIRL.
In addition, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws from the country of receipt of the order.
YATATA EIRL Manuel Pelleing EIRL disclaims all legal liability if the payment of taxes were not made by the customer.
The customer has a right to withdraw. He will have to pay the delivery costs.
Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer.
Wright to withdraw
The User is informed that, in accordance with the measures laid out in articles L. 121-20 and L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code and after delivery of the Service by latatane.com, he may not benefit from the 7 clear days, starting on the acceptance date of the offer and allowing him to withdraw from the Service, provided that he accepts that the Service provided by LA TATANE is carried out before the end of this 7 clear delays period. Return fees are on the costumer's charge.

Price-Payment
The prices of the services sold are those appearing on the site latatane.com on the day the order is placed. latatane.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force which were given to site Users at the time their order was placed. The price of services is given in Euros and includes taxes, packaging and delivery costs.
The e-mail confirmation notice received by the User serves as an invoice. No other invoice will be issued.

Payment is made directly to the bank. latatane.com does not have any access to these details and, therefore, does not keep them on its servers. Disputes
The present contract is subject to French law.
In the event of disputes, latatane.com undertakes to do its utmost to find an amicable solution.In the absence of an amicable solution, all disputes which may result from the interpretation of the present General Conditions and/or the execution of sales which are subject to it, regardless of their place of delivery, will fall under the jurisdiction of Paris Court of Appeal.
